A few important points:
This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice.
You must be above 14 years in age.
It’s mandatory to attend all the sessions on an empty stomach condition which means:
4 hours gap after a full meal
2.5 hours gap after a snack (e.g., fruits)
1.5 hours gap after tea/coffee
Please bring a yoga mat and a yoga cushion (if required).
Loose, organic cotton clothing is recommended for hatha yoga practice.
